2022.Locale molto bello, personale molto gentile. Piatti presentati molto bene ma piuttosto basici nelle scelte. Ottima carta dei vini anche se metterei qualcosa anche di comunque buono ma più economico. 2025. Rimane più o meno la stessa recensione di tre anni fa. Oggi ci sono 3 menù di cui 2 scomponibili alla carta. Migliorata la ricerca dei sapori, proponendo piatti più ricercati. Comunque il menù della tradizione è un buon approccio per conoscere il ristorante.

Il ristorante Conviviò è un vero gioiello in montagna! La qualità del cibo è impeccabile: ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti freschi e di prima scelta, combinando tradizione e innovazione in un'esplosione di sapori. Ogni portata è un'esperienza unica che conquista il palato. Il personale è estremamente professionale, attento e cordiale, facendo sentire ogni cliente come a casa. La location, immersa nel cuore delle montagne, offre un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, perfetta per una cena in compagnia o una serata romantica. Ogni dettaglio, dalla cucina alla sala, è pensato per garantire un’esperienza indimenticabile. Senza dubbio, un luogo dove tornare per gustare piatti straordinari in una cornice spettacolare!

I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and the chef and waiters were really prepared and nice. They have explained every plate with many details and very politely. Even the oil had a particular history behind. I really enjoyed my dinner from the starters to the desserts and there is also a wide choice of wines! Would definitely recommend this place also for the view

Una cena in questo ristorante è un’esperienza che non dimentichi! Locale elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione “i grandi classici” l’estetica dei piatti raffinata, abbinamenti particolari e utilizzo del prodotto ben studiato. Insomma, portate belle da vedere e gustosissime da mangiare! Servizio attento, ragazzi giovanissimi, gentili e molto preparati! Ho apprezzato la cura dei dettagli anche nella toilette delle donne, con una cassettina con assorbenti e sacchetti igienici accanto, non è scontato e va detto! Un piccolo gioiello in zona che merita di essere scoperto, ci tornerei volentieri, complimenti a tutti!
